Responsibilities
Partner with bankers and business leaders to capture workflows and define data domains
Design and maintain logical and semantic data models aligned with enterprise architecture
Develop business-ready datasets using SQL, Python, and Databricks
Collaborate with data engineers on ingestion, transformation, and enrichment of data
Prototype and validate models before production implementation
Present data models and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technology
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in data architecture, solution design, or data-driven business roles (financial services or consulting preferred)
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (including PySpark), and Databricks or similar platforms
Deep understanding of data modeling, semantics, and master data management (MDM)
Familiarity with ETL/ELT, APIs, and data integration patterns
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts across teams
Organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic design with hands-on execution
