Responsibilities
Lead technical assessments and drive repair scopes by diagnosing failure modes
Spearhead engineering initiatives, including reverse engineering and design upgrades that open new aftermarket opportunities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Operations, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain—to ensure projects meet demanding specifications, timelines, and budgets
Develop and implement standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (including EASA, IEEE, and nuclear specifications)
Oversee winding, assembly, and product testing to guarantee the highest quality and on-time delivery
Contribute to Schulz’s global engineering efforts, enhancing innovation and customer satisfaction
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance and status reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, project management and/or AC and DC Electric Motor & Control
Skilled in all basic MS Office products
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and organization
Ability to work as part of a team and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and internal support teams
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong systemic mindset and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze and interpret critical data
Preferred
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred
