Responsibilities

Engage with Walmart business leaders to develop M&A strategy, identify and assess potential inorganic growth opportunities, and build consensus
Develop and manage relationships with investment banking, private equity, and venture capital investors in retail, digital media, supply chain, and emerging technologies
Lead all transaction-related financial modeling and valuation analysis to support deal execution
Manage the diligence process by partnering with internal teams (legal, accounting, tax) and external advisors
Build presentations for senior leadership that convey effective narratives, outline strategic trade-offs, and drive executive decision-making
Support the Integration/Separation team on post-close planning and execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in Merger & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Business Development, or related area OR 5 years' experience in Merger & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Business Development, Engineering, or related area

Master's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field
