The role involves performing maintenance and repair services on equipment, communicating with customers regarding repairs, and maintaining company-owned equipment.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and/or repair service on customer and company assets
Effectively and Professionally communicate with the customer about required repairs
Maintain accurate invoice of parts required for repair and labor time
Perform inspections and maintain company owned equipment
Train customers on proper use of equipment and recommended maintenance as needed
Upholding professionalism by providing courteous customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors
Maintain a positive working environment with co-workers
Perform other duties as part of our overall team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Two or more years of electrical and mechanical diagnosis and repair experience required
Good problem solving skills
Must be punctual and reliable
Basic computer skills
Must be a self-starter
Ability to read electrical diagrams helpful
Ability to use a multimeter
Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently
Multi-task in a fast paced environment
Mechanically inclined
Positive attitude and self motivated
Must be a team player
