SCCM System Administrator - Onsite

Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end management, configuration, and troubleshooting of all Intune and SCCM managed devices
Management of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android-based devices and their primary components like the Operating System, Applications, Configuration, and Compliance management
Support the EntraID components needed for Intune device management including User and Group Management, Role-Based Access Control, Microsoft Licensing, Conditional Access, Authentication methods, SAML, OAUTH, and Privileged Identity Management
Perform complex resolution and root-cause analysis to diagnose issues and perform quality assurance testing
Focus on end-user experience to ensure devices are optimized and operating efficiently
Provide documentation for new and existing technologies and technologies nearing the end of the lifecycle
Serve as the department’s primary contact for some of our vendor relationships
Provide direct feedback as a partner to Technology Standards and Roadmaps
Provide directional and tactical feedback to members in the department and oversee departmental efforts
Provide leadership and training to less experienced engineers
Suggest department process and procedure improvements
Self-directed and motivated to learn modern technologies and leadership skills
Possess advanced technical skills and serve as the subject matter expert on complex technologies
Interact with other ITG departments and contribute to the overall strategy for clients within the enterprise
Write documentation for support and training guides as needed
Lead large project efforts that involve clients in the corporate space
Must have strong technical expertise in the following client OS platforms and technologies: Windows 10/11, Azure, Intune, SCCM, MS Server OS, networking, VMware, and Citrix
Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative approaches
Configures and supports Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
Provides operational applications support
Create and configure Intune policies and profiles
Create, deploy, update and migrate existing SCCM applications and configuration items to Intune
Configure Windows Autopilot
Manage and deploy software updates, feature updates, and operating system upgrades for Windows devices
Configure Active Directory GPO configuration and deployment with a purpose of re-creating those policies through Intune MDM
Deploy and manage cloud ready applications (LOB, Win32, Store Apps, etc.) using Intune
Participates in activities which improve departmental and organizational performance
Interfaces directly with a wide variety of end users and technical counterparts in other divisions, facilities, and corporate roles
Adheres to and supports HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) IT&S standards, policies, and procedures
Maintains and protects confidentiality regarding all aspects of patient care
Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement
Mentors desktop consultants through Team Lead role
Provides monthly MOR metrics reporting to department manager
Other duties as assigned

Required
