Strive Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a highly qualified and credentialed Licensed Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team in an on-site acute inpatient rehabilitation or medical hospital setting. The role involves providing short-term psychological interventions for adult patients recovering from neurological and physical trauma, with a focus on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for adult patients experiencing neurological and physical trauma
Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to facilitate recovery and adjustment
Work closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team
Develop individualized treatment plans integrating psychological and medical care needs
Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies to patients and families
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and hospital guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and professional development provided by the company

Required

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from an APA-accredited program. (Strict Requirement)
Completion of a supervised internship. (Strict Requirement)
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Utah
Strong knowledge of neuropsychological principles, trauma-related interventions, and behavioral medicine
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary medical environment
Must be able to work on-site in an inpatient medical setting—remote work is not available for this role

Preferred

2-3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a medical or rehabilitation setting
