Sales Operations Analyst
Closinglock is modernizing the real estate world’s way of transferring information and funds to eliminate wire fraud. The Sales Operations Analyst will support the scalability and effectiveness of the go-to-market organization by optimizing Salesforce and driving process improvements for predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, automation, and data management
Maintain and optimize GTM systems such as Salesforce, Totango, Outreach, and Highspot
Build and manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline health
Support forecasting, territory planning, and lead routing to drive efficiency
Ensure CRM data accuracy and process consistency across teams
Partner cross-functionally to improve sales processes, enablement, and tool adoption
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration (preferably in SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment)
Strong understanding of Salesforce (Salesforce admin strongly preferred); experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and Highspot is a plus
Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
