Functional Consultant (Mid-Level, ERP/HCM)
PARA Consulting is a people-centric consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses optimize technology, people, and processes. They are seeking a mid-level HCM Consultant to join their HCM implementation team, responsible for supporting HCM implementations, documenting business processes, and assisting in requirement gathering and testing.

Responsibilities
Support HCM implementations by gathering and documenting business requirements
Develop clear and structured process documentation and testing materials
Execute UAT testing and ensure test scripts are validated and traceable
Participate in client meetings, system demos, and go-live support
Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge documentation
Translate business needs into logical system configurations and workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
Experience working with HCM platforms (Rippling, Workday, UKG, ADP, etc.)
Experience in creating documentation, UAT test scripts, and process mapping
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Preferred
2+ years of experience leading or coordinating small project workstreams or teams
Experience in multi-country HR system implementations or environments with complex workflows
Expertise in HR concepts and workflows (benefits, time tracking, payroll processes)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
