Quality Assurance Coordinator - DS Residential Centralized Costs

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring quality assurance functions, promoting effective communication, and assisting with program accreditation and administrative tasks to ensure the effectiveness of services provided in Developmental Services.

Responsibilities
Assists in monitoring designated quality assurance functions including DPH standards, Bay Cove standards and outcome measures, program site visits, documentation systems, incident reports, patient/client grievances and satisfaction surveys
Assists with completion of proposals and policies
Promotes improved communication within the programs and between the division and programs through the design and standardization of communication systems
Promotes standardization of systems and provides training and technical assistance as needed
Assists with CARF accreditation and DPH Licensing & Certification and other external reviews, as needed
Assists with a variety of research and administrative tasks such as data entry, data analysis and development of health promotion materials
Assists as needed with new program start up
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field and at least two years of experience in the human services field
Demonstrated professional writing, interpersonal, communication, oral presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet preparation
