Lead MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables

Assist in documentation of technical and functional requirements, providing system guidance to clients

Conduct workflow and gap analysis, offering recommendations for process improvements

Support system build activities and participate in testing events, ensuring quality outcomes

Provide onsite and remote support for clients and team members

Identify risks and issues, escalating them appropriately per project guidelines

Maintain proper project tracking, status reporting, and adherence to issue and risk escalation processes
