Responsibilities

Conduct board level troubleshooting to identify and resolve electronic issues
Perform product testing to verify proper functionality after repairs
Execute product repairs using hand tools and specialized equipment
Utilize soldering and desoldering techniques to address electronic components
Read and interpret schematics to guide repair processes accurately
Maintain effective multitasking abilities to manage multiple repair projects
Record repair data and parts used on associated paperwork for documentation
Collaborate with co-workers and customers, demonstrating positive interpersonal skills
Adhere to strict quality standards and safety protocols

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in electronics repair
Must be able to read and write English fluently
Must have hand eye coordination with soldering and use of hand tools
Proficient in board level troubleshooting and avionics repair processes
Experience with soldering, desoldering, and reading schematics
Experience with multimeters
Familiarity with utilizing hand tools and various test equipment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent multitasking skills to manage concurrent repair projects
Self-motivated quick learner capable of working independently
Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
DOT drug testing pre-employment and random quarterly (FAA requirement)
Must be a U.S. citizen (FAA requirement)
