Responsibilities
Support NetSuite ERP implementations across modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management
Assist in system configuration, customizations, and testing efforts
Collaborate with clients and senior consultants to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
Document processes, training materials, and client-specific configurations
Create saved searches, reports, workflows, and dashboards to improve system functionality
Participate in data migration and go-live activities
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Learn PARA delivery methodologies and apply best practices in real-world projects
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of NetSuite implementation or administration experience
Solid understanding of business processes in finance, operations, and CRM
Familiarity with SOC (Security Operations Center) concepts, data validation, and secure handling of sensitive information
Ability to follow internal controls and compliance requirements within implementations
Experience working with NetSuite configuration tools, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment
Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within the ERP practice
Preferred
Experience in a consulting firm or NetSuite Partner
Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
