Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute field surveillance efforts to ensure the product’s success through engineering methods and technical expertise

Perform field assessments and collect data to validate system performance and requirement compliance

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field activities

Evaluate field surveillance data and report finding and recommendations

Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with the product requirements and applicable standards

Support cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, product office and operational staff

Support troubleshooting activities and assist in issue resolution

Support engineering solutions for surveillance improvement

The candidate must be a US Citizen

Resident of the Huntsville, AL (or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area)

Must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field and 15 years of experience or a master's degree in engineering, science, or related field and 11 years of experience

Must be able to acquire or possess (as well as maintain) a US Secret security clearance
