Homeownership Program Coordinator
Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to supporting homeownership initiatives in the community, and they are seeking a Homeownership Program Coordinator. This role involves assisting in the administration of the homeownership program, including homeowner selection, support, education, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Serves as the first point of contact for the Homeownership Program. Responds to general inquires, via phone and email
Facilitates application help sessions, program orientations, review of applications and manages correspondence with prospective applicants
Conducts all assigned activities and functions in compliance with Fair Housing, Equal Credit Act, and other relevant laws related to homeownership program activities
Assists with homeowner marketing and outreach
Administers continuous assessment of approved applicants to ensure applicants meet Habitat’s program requirements through the duration of the Homeownership program
Attends prospective applicant home visits (either in person or digitally) and attends home showings for approved applicants
Facilitates data entry and tracking, including homeownership equity hours, and demographic information
Ensures all programmatic files are complete and compliant
Provides Director with program benchmarks and reports. Communicates any issues that may arise with applicants
Aids in ensuring compliance with grants, programs, and other activities within the Department
Provides culturally sensitive services to potential applicants and homeowners
May provide support for various grants the department maintains, attend community or partner meetings and events, and interface directly with applicants to the program
Performs other duties of a similar nature as may be required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration or customer service-related roles
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills to effectively work with a broad range of people
Ability to perform job responsibilities in adherence with the Affiliate's Household Selection Policy and all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Ability to work in a team environment
Comfortable in public speaking and large group facilitation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills and continuous attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with volunteers
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and anticipate future issues/needs
Reliable transportation required as responsibilities include home visits, external meetings, and home showings
Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and ability to be insurable under commercial insurance
Ability to work occasional evenings for homeowner classes, orientations, home visits, and external events
Commitment to the mission of Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity and the principles of Habitat for Humanity International
Preferred
Associate's degree
Experience in the non-profit/human services industry
Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for creating program or outreach materials
