Responsibilities
Implement cutting-edge AI technologies to improve personal performance and to revolutionize Trimble electrical estimating products, ensuring significant customer impact and revenue growth
Craft and steward a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap, aligning with Trimble’s overarching business goals
Champion your product vision across executive levels and functional teams, ensuring alignment and excitement around set milestones
Oversee product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to ensure market-fit and user-centric designs
Work closely with Engineering, including in quarterly planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning and daily standups to break down work into functional and non-functional requirements
Rigorously analyze product performance, aligning outcomes with business objectives and swiftly addressing any deviations
Act as a linchpin between various teams, facilitating seamless communication and synchronized efforts towards common goals

Qualification
Required
3-5 years of excelling against performance metrics in a Product role
AI Product Expertise
You have strong analytical skills and are responsible for maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Bachelor/Master level of understanding in data, analytics, information science, business or information technology
You know how to negotiate priorities with different stakeholders by understanding their perspective as well as knowing what's good for the customer
You naturally align with the people around you (internal and external)
You have an eye for detail but you are also able to work from a high-level overview
You are a well organized, efficient, and capable of prioritizing your work
You have a passion for software and technology
You love working with product managers, software developers and UI/UX designers
