In this pivotal position, you will oversee all aspects of project management for various projects, driving them from concept through to completion while ensuring optimized product delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead innovative Companion Diagnostics projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external Pharma partners
Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and status reports
Identify project risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential impacts on budget, timeline, and scope
Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating effective communication among project/product teams and stakeholders
Select and apply appropriate project methodologies, including Agile practices, and coach teams in their implementation
Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for projects
Qualification
Required
4+ years in project management within the diagnostic, medical device, health science, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business-related fields
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Planisware, MS-Office, Jira)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Design Control and regulatory compliance processes
PMP Certification and SAFe Certification
Preferred
Experience with Agile development practices
1+ year of experience in clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development, including regulatory submissions
