Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for creative requests, managing intake and clarifying scope, timelines, and resourcing needs
Oversee daily studio operations, including managing project intake queues, maintaining file organization systems, and keeping the DAM up to date
Manage the creative review process end-to-end—coordinating feedback, tracking revisions, and ensuring stakeholders have what they need to approve work on time
Track deliverables across multiple workstreams, keeping projects on schedule and surfacing risks early
Manage capacity planning and help guide decisions around freelance or contractor needs
Maintain and improve creative operations processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures
Connect cross-functional partners and the creative team to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production—ideally a mix of in-house and agency
Skilled in timeline and resource planning, with a track record of keeping complex projects on schedule
Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across creative, marketing, and external partners
Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement workflows
Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to make creative delivery more efficient
Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital asset management systems (preferably Bynder)
Preferred
You're a Notion power user; you've built templates, dashboards, or workflows to streamline how teams get work done
Direct experience at a fast-growing tech company or startup environment
Familiarity with localization workflows, versioning, and asset distribution at scale
