Responsibilities
Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires
Answer phone calls and emails
Make outbound phone calls to schedule patients' appointments
Coordinate with Respiratory Therapist about schedules, patients, and any changes
Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient information in customer accounts and software as deemed necessary
Qualification
Required
Serves as a contact between Respiratory Therapists and patients
Schedules appointments
Manages cancelations
Works closely with the Respiratory Therapist
Finds the best solutions and/or alternatives for all involved
Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires
Answers phone calls and emails
Makes outbound phone calls to schedule patients' appointments
Makes reminder appointment calls
Coordinates with Respiratory Therapist about schedules, patients, and any changes
Resolves scheduling conflicts as they occur
Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient information in customer accounts and software as deemed necessary
