Review and analyze policies to verify coverage, establish reserves, and settle claims for less complex losses
Contact customers to explain coverage and settle customer claims
Contribute to the high customer service results within the claims department
Assist various claims teams following catastrophe storms
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications or insurance related field
Interpersonal skills
Effective problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Able to comprehend and utilize various computer programs
