Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end‑user technical environment
Provide break/fix support to users
Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, move, adds and changes for the end-user technical environment
Provide second level support technical for all user devices such as PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, PDA’s, printers, etc
Support IT asset management process
Provide break/fix support to users
Support IMAC process
Support IT asset management process
Provide second level technical support for all user devices (e.g., PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs)

Required

3+ years' endpoint computing experience
Associate degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
