Responsibilities
Acts as the primary interface between the project team and the client representative. The PM is the face of Audubon to the client
Creates, executes and revises project execution plans as required to meet client requirements and project metrics
Identifies resources needed and manages team responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects
Ensures that all deliverables have been reviewed, approved and signed off prior to issue to the client
Ensures the project team follows the Audubon standards and procedures
Responsible for reviewing project transactions and reporting any discrepancies on a weekly basis
Responsible for review and approval of invoices within a 48hr turnaround
Responsible for maintaining the resource planning on assigned projects
Manages the project budget and schedule
Remains completely accessible to client during the life of project and provides single point of contact, ensuring specific requests are processed timely and appropriately
Organizes and directs a Project Management Team of other Project Managers and/or Project Engineers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of an Associate's Degree AND 10 years of Relative Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of Relative Experience
Minimum of 7 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager
Working knowledge of scheduling techniques and software
Knowledgeable in cost estimating and control
Able to speak comfortably in a group setting
Preferred
BS Engineering
MBA
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Professional Engineer (PE) License
10 years of experience as the Lead Engineer on large multi-discipline projects
Project Engineer and/or Project Manager
