Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, performing requirement analysis, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices
Work closely with Business teams, cross-functional teams, including product owner, designers, and QA team
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Python programming lang, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role
Expertise in Python programming, Django/Flask Api framework and working in large datasets
Experience in deployments and code optimization
Strong experience with MS SQL Server including writing complex queries
Knowledge of PostGreSQL is a plus
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Experience of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in Banking Industry/Lending portfolio is a plus
Knowledge in PD/LGD model is an added advantage
