Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of diverse project portfolios on time and within budget
Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
Negotiate contracts and oversee compliance, risk management, and quality assurance
Drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and best practices across the team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
12+ years of project management experience, including 7+ years in project leadership
10–15 years with a reputable GC or construction management firm
Direct experience managing $200M+ in commercial real estate projects in the past 5–10 years
Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle, project delivery methods, and value engineering
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and deliver projects on time and within budget
Skilled communicator with leadership presence and the ability to engage executives, clients, and investors
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent)
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred

Masters degree
PMP certification or equivalent
Hospitality project experience (hotel builds, conversions, or renovations)
Background in adaptive reuse, historic tax credit projects, and financial analysis tools (Excel, Argus)
Established industry network and experience mentoring junior staff
