Business Development Executive
2020 Search Partners is an industry-leading commercial and industrial service provider specializing in plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression technologies. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to find new prospects, develop sales plans, and engage with customers to close multi-year maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities
Develop and consult multi-year, mechanical and plumbing preventive maintenance service agreements for the following vertical markets: health care, manufacturing, education, data centers, schools, commercial office buildings, transportation, government, etc
Prospect and qualify new sales leads while following specific activity levels
Specifically follow a proven sales process and selling system
Utilize proper sales tools
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, customers, and clients
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and products
Track all sales activities via CRM system
Communicate pain points of customers and prospects to proper department heads
Maintain a well-developed sales pipeline of suspects and prospects
Develop strong relationships selling
Meet and or exceed both activity sales plans and quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualification
Required
Two to four years' experience in selling and consulting in a commercial and industrial setting
Strong relationship selling and closing skills
A strong background in business, marketing, communications, or related field
A proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Excellent people skills
Proficient in working with Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems
