Start in 2026 SummerDairy Farmers of America (DFA) is a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers, dedicated to delivering quality dairy products. The Summer 2026 Business & Technology Enablement Intern will support various transformation initiatives, assist in project management, and contribute to AI enablement efforts to enhance customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities
Support process documentation and mapping for transformation initiatives
Assist with developing project management tools and dashboards
Prepare presentations, communication materials, and training content for leadership and cross-functional teams
Contribute to AI enablement efforts by testing use cases, documenting outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer and employee experience
Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices for business transformation and technology enablement
Analyze data (e.g., vendor/customer master, workflow metrics) and provide insights to support decision-making
Qualification
Required
Educational Requirements: Junior
Desired Degree Focus: Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems
Support process documentation and mapping for transformation initiatives
Assist with developing project management tools and dashboards
Prepare presentations, communication materials, and training content for leadership and cross-functional teams
Contribute to AI enablement efforts by testing use cases, documenting outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer and employee experience
