Full Time Bulk Sales Manager
American Welding & Gas is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial gases and welding supplies, seeking a dynamic Bulk Sales Manager to lead and grow their bulk sales operations across the Southeast Division. The role involves expanding industrial bulk sales, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth.

Responsibilities
Prospect, negotiate, and secure high-volume contracts with industrial clients. Expand existing customer base and build long-term client relationships
Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to generate new leads and increase market share. Analyze target markets and develop outreach initiatives tailored to demographic and industry needs
Identify and pursue acquisition opportunities in new or underserved geographic markets. Lead negotiations and manage the acquisition process to increase the company’s market footprint
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform and adapt sales strategies. Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market opportunities. Prepare regular updates for senior management, including progress reports and strategic forecasts
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success in bulk sales, with experience in commercial sectors
Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and close new bulk accounts
Strong experience in developing and executing effective marketing plans
A strategic mindset with a proven ability to identify and secure new business acquisitions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Willing and able to travel up to 50% within the Southeast Division
