Global Mobility Advisor Regional Lead, Vice President

Responsibilities
Ensure flawless execution of global mobility processes, maintaining high-quality standards and data integrity
Work closely with HR colleagues / country heads and managers to design and recommend tailored international relocation and expatriate assignment packages that align with business objectives and meet the unique needs of top talent
Serve as the central point of contact for tracking and monitoring senior moves, ensuring seamless execution and providing timely updates to stakeholders
Develop and maintain executive reports on the status of relocations, offering clear insights to stakeholders
Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them to prevent impact on employees
Conduct briefings on package offerings, programs, and processes, including expatriate compensation, payroll, tax, and vendor services
Collaborate with external vendors on immigration, destination, and shipment services, addressing service issues as needed
Manage day-to-day cases for the existing relocation and expatriate population, handling ad hoc queries
Assist and coordinate projects to enhance processes and offerings, focusing on cohesive and frictionless employee experiences
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the global mobility program
Manage and collaborate with the Global Mobility Advisor (GMA) regional team
Qualification
Required
Experience managing complex program / operations delivery with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional employee / customer experience
Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with senior HR country leaders, managers, and organizational executives
Exceptional cross-functional coordination skills, managing interactions with diverse stakeholders
Outstanding analytical skills with a strong customer service orientation
Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure
Meticulous attention to detail and proactive issue resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Preferred
Project management experience
Understanding of Immigration, Social Security and Tax Compliance requirements for cross-border moves
Multi-lingual capabilities
Knowledge and user experience with ServiceNow and Equus AssignmentPro™ system
In country experience or knowledge with country specific nuances
