The Reproductive Technician will provide heat detection and insemination services to assigned customers, ensuring compliance with on-farm procedures and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Accurately follow on-farm procedures as designated by each individual technician

Provide for the safe, efficient and successful insemination of customer herds

Cooperate with farm management and other farm advisors (Vet, Nutritionist, etc.) to integrate Alta Genetics service offering into a total farm management plan

Responsible for accurate data entry and protocol adherence

Provide accurate and timely reports when specifically requested

Provide timely response to requests for information

Create and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers via professional and respectful interaction

Continuously advance your skills and display a willingness to accept ongoing development activities

Effectively implement and ensure compliance with the policies, programs and directive of the company

Observe and follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
