Responsibilities

Assist the Project Management staff in technical day-to-day operations for assigned construction project(s)

Assist in all project administrative functions which include contract administration, procurement, document management, financial and risk management, scheduling and quality control as necessary to support field operations from start-up to completion/closeout

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience

1+ years of professional experience in project management, field supervision, or estimating/pre-construction roles for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor

Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and estimating for construction trades (all disciplines)

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs

Solid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
