Responsibilities

Creating, maintaining, managing, and briefing multiple tasks within our ADP projects

Collaborating with Software Program Management, CAMs, tech leads, and other capability leads in support of technical execution

Working directly with multiple software teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters ensuring planned execution and software release to meet stakeholder requirements

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in STEMJIRAAgile MethodologyEarned Value ManagementSoftware development lifecycleDevSecOpsPythonJavaCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsSelf-starterTime-management skills

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a STEM field or equivalent relevant experience

Experience coordinating across multiple functions or engineering teams

Demonstrated organizational and communication skills

Preferred

JIRA, writing JQL, and Confluence experience strongly desired

Strong Agile Methodology understanding

Good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)

Good understanding of Software development lifecycle

DevSecOps or Tech Stack experience

Automation experience

Python or Java experience

Demonstrated self-starter requiring minimal supervision with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
