New GradID Technology is a growing company specializing in manufacturing and packaging solutions. They are seeking a Press Trainee to assist in producing quality flexographic label products while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Set up and Operate the Finishing Die Cutter and Press
Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
Maintain a positive, professional attitude
Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail with value of quality
Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery
Self-motivated, able to work well independently
Ability to work efficiently, accurately
Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed
