Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate with, and manage key distribution partners, including specialty retailers, professional salons, pharmacies, wellness platforms, and aesthetic clinics
Establish relationships with trichologists, hair care specialists, salon professionals, dentists, dental hygienists, wellness influencers, and relevant industry associations
Develop and execute localized launch plans, including professional endorsements, educational workshops, and co-marketing initiatives
Gather feedback from professionals and consumers to guide product development and marketing strategy
Achieve distribution and sales targets through effective partner management and activation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of BD, sales, or channel management experience in hair wellness, scalp care, professional hair care, oral health, or related consumer health/wellness sectors in EU or North American markets
A verifiable network of relevant contacts such as professional salons, hair care brands, dental practices, pharmacy chains, specialty retailers, or wellness distributors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
Fluency in English is required
Willingness to travel 25-50% as required
Preferred
Additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a strong plus for European roles
