Warehouse Forklift Operator

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is dedicated to providing innovative solutions in cold chain logistics. The Warehouse Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting, and case picking products, while ensuring safety and accuracy in operations.

Responsibilities

Following proper handling procedure for products within the facility

Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders

Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards

Palletizing goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation

Successfully completing assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders

Performing other duties as needed

Required

High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team

Must possess a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required

Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream

Must be able to clear a Background and Drug Test

Must have reliable transportation

Must be comfortable with the cold environment

Preferred

Forklift experience preferred but not required

Warehouse experience preferred but not required

Ability to operate a reach truck or high reach truck preferred but not required
