Required

Must be 18 years or older

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment

Flexible schedule

Ability to provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift

Ability to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers

Ability to monitor performance during the shift

Ability to take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards

Ability to monitor safety, security, and profitability

Ability to communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift

Ability to meet targets during shifts

Ability to help assigned Departments meet their goals
