Technical Program Manager - GA

Responsibilities

Lead coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements
Develop and run program schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project partners
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects
Coordinate with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources
Resolve technical and operational problems within the given project scope
Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget
Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
Ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in program or project management roles, with a strong background in automotive manufacturing particularly with general assembly processes
PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are helpful
Strong leadership and collaborator management skills
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Expertise in data visualization, KPI/KAI tracking, and executive reporting
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to oversee technical teams
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
Ability to resolve conflicts and technical issues effectively

Advanced degree preferred
