Radio Frequency Electronics Technician

Responsibilities

Ability to read schematic diagrams, electronic assembly drawings, engineering change orders, test procedures and rework documents
Perform Acceptance Testing (i.e. vibration simulation, thermal cycles, and thermal vacuum) on flight hardware by following a specified test procedure
Test and troubleshoot RF, digital and/or analog top assemblies with little or no supervision
Strong working knowledge of basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment (i.e. spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes, power supply, etc.)
Interface with Engineers for new product implementation or design issues
Demonstrate computer literacy
Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) task and inspection on all ETL equipment
Lift 25lbs–50lbs of test equipment with assistance

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
