Circle K is a large stable employer seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Rainstorm Car Wash. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with wash options, and maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash facility.

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available

Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash

Field customer inquiries

Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel

Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code

Required

Excellent communication skills including active listening

Ability to anticipate customer needs

Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system

Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Flexible Availability

Customer service and some sales experience preferred

The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions

The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions

The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs

Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision
