Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve issues with Victra’s cash in transit programs for retail locations, ensuring cash security and accuracy
Participate in daily business reconciliation and identify areas of systemic, procedural, or fraud risk
Partner with the GCC on cash reconciliation findings, ensuring all variances are investigated
Assist in creating cash variance reports and identify root causes of discrepancies
Collaborate with third parties (cash couriers, banks, service providers) to resolve issues and minimize risk of loss
Track, analyze, and interpret data trends to provide actionable recommendations to management
Assist in month-end closing procedures, including preparing entries for the general ledger
Support fiscal closing calendar timelines for assigned tasks
Refer suspected theft or fraud to the Asset Protection team and support investigations as needed
Participate in store operations communication and procedural discussions to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
Implementing solutions for root cause errors to drive long-term improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BBA or BS) from an accredited 4-year institution
At least two years of finance or accounting experience, including analyzing large data sets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to improve business operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Self-motivated, organized, and effective at achieving team goals
Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
Excellent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Ability to demonstrate independent, objective, and open-minded thinking
Preferred
Familiarity with Power BI, Oracle, and ReConnect
