New Grad, Entry LevelnexAir, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the creation of written content and support targeted marketing efforts. The role involves customer segmentation, coordinating leads, organizing events, and ensuring brand messaging standards are met.

Responsibilities
Assists in creation of written content including customer success stories, email campaigns, magazine articles, and social media copy
Leads nexAir’s ongoing customer segmentation initiatives by industry code, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regular updates to support targeted marketing efforts
Provides ideas for promotional materials that meet nexAir’s brand and messaging standards
Works with team to design graphics that support marketing content
Coordinates leads and requests from nexAir’s Sales Leads e-mail addresses
Builds lead lists and researches contacts for the Sales Team
Organizes customer gift inventory and sends gifts for the Sales Team
Attends and assists with coordination of events as needed, representing the nexAir brand
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team and with all levels of employees, management, and service providers
Excellent organization skills, project, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously
Ability to accomplish projects within a timely manner
Proficient using the web and latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Some travel may be required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degree
