Monitor and keeps records of statement of conditions
Supervise construction and painting projects
Teaching and training different trades
Monitor service and repair emergency generators and Co Gen
Monitor service and repair high and low pressure boilers
Monitor and service fire alarm systems and medical gases
Monitor office computerized systems HVAC boilers A/C units alarms etc
Distribution of work orders and check for completion
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
5 years Must have substantial experience on boilers air condition and maintenance field
Q01 COQ Refrigeration Engineer required
G71 Supervision of Piped Non flammable Medical Gases
S12 Citywide Sprinkler Systems
S13 Citywide Stand Pipe Systems
S95 Supervision of Fire Alarms Systems and other Related Systems
A35 To Operate and Maintain Air Compressors
F01 Citywide Fire Guard for Impairment
Capable to read blueprints drawings and schematics
Supervise daily operations and maintenance staff
