Responsibilities
Ensure that product roadmaps and product strategy align with larger Infor business goals
Prioritize, develop and communicate product roadmaps and strategy to customers, partners, analysts and prospects
Oversee roadmaps for all product portfolio components
Collaborate with key stakeholders including industry strategy, sales, marketing, support, design and product development on product line strategy
Drive partnership, platform and integration strategy across the solution
Keep a pulse on buyers, competitors and larger HCM market
Set strategic goals and initiatives to strengthen Infor’s market position
Develop metrics to monitor and quantify impact of new capabilities and opportunities for further investment
Qualification
Required
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
Experience working on HR, payroll, benefits or work technology-related software products
Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
Experience using product, collaboration and development tools such as JIRA and Aha
Experience in product management, management consulting or related experience in SaaS
Experience with Agile Scrum development principles and best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, journalism, communications or similar fields
Experience supervising a team of product managers
Experience working with or in multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
