Responsibilities
Perform engineering tasks including engineering designs, preparing reports, construction drawings, specifications, and calculations for various projects
Prepare designs and drawings in compliance with engineering principles, firm standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications
Cultivate professional relationships throughout the organizational
Work closely with other engineers and with managers to balance personal workload demands
Assist in mentoring and training junior Engineers and Engineering Interns
Plan, organize and supervise work of interns and technicians as needed
Prepare specifications and contract documents
Prepare opinions of probable cost and construction schedules/sequencing on current and new designs
Act as project engineer or task leader on design and construction support projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
4+ years of relevant experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience with CAD and GIS
PE licensure
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
