Responsibilities

Participate in US and global benefits projects, including the US annual open enrollment, rollout of new programs, integration associated with mergers and acquisitions, or harmonization of benefits following organizational changes

Support employee communications regarding benefits plans, changes, and enrollment processes, ensuring understanding across diverse cultures and languages

Vendor Management, to include liaising with external benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to ensure success of overall relationship and positive experience for Albany’s employees

Coordinate annual renewals, open enrollment processes, and ongoing vendor performance reviews to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness

Primary resources for internal stakeholders on benefits-related questions and issues

Prepare and submit reports and filings required by governmental agencies in various jurisdictions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
