Responsibilities
Work with process engineers and quality techs to resolve customer complaints, qualify new customers, and develop processes at a new (greenfield) site
Support Process engineers in DOE (design of experiment) improvement projects
Learn about sustainability, quality, customer satisfaction and implement knowledge by sharing with operations
Perform internal audits of machine centers to drive facility towards continuous multi-functional mentality
Work in multi-functional groups to support engineering, maintenance, reliability, and automation as we all support the needs of operations
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University
Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate
Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation
Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Preferred
Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement
Understanding of heat-treating aluminum
Hands on industry experience (previously held an internship)
