Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals
Collaborate with executive leadership to set short-term and long-term objectives for operational performance
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality of care
Oversee the day-to-day operations of provider groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
Monitor and evaluate operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational managers and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence
Provide guidance and support to operational teams to achieve their goals and objectives
Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring cost-effective operations
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare operations and achieving operational goals
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
