Responsibilities

Provides clinical direction to treatment team
Coordinates admissions and discharges to the treatment team
Oversees coordination and limited accountability of clinical billing standards of the team
Provides appropriate treatment for the specified children, adolescents, and their parents guardians under therapist care
Determines the direction of treatment and the extent of the contacts with the treatment team
Empowers and directs the team members

Required

Master's Degree
Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Licensed Professional Counselor
Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to confidentially maintain all information
Basic knowledge of and skills applying principles of abnormal psychology and mental health problems
College level of reading and comprehension, writing and mathematical skills
Familiarity with psychological, sociological, and medical terminology
Must be licensed by the state of Georgia as an independent and full practitioner of counseling, family therapy, or social work (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Must have at least 3 years of child and adolescent treatment experience
Organization and time management skills
Skills in analyzing and evaluating information, problem solving skills, excellent oral communication skills, and legible handwriting

Preferred

Basic data entry skill preferred, including experience using a computer
