Responsibilities

Duties include the creation of proposals, scheduling, and budgeting on energy projects
The successful candidate will interact with Client stakeholders and coordinate workload with existing design staff
Manage all phases of project execution including project organization, subcontractor/vendor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and reporting
Lead and participate in technical, cost, and scheduling decisions, adhering to company quality standards (including internal quality control and risk management protocols such as peer reviews), and driving customer value
Oversee pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns, and manage engineering resources within budget
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams of clients and stakeholders
Collaborate on a program of design and construction management projects striving for continuous improvement in process development and execution
Devise innovative and creative solutions to problems encountered

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreeProfessional Engineering licenseAutoCAD Civil 3DRegulationsProject management experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
7+ years of related experience, 3-4 years project related experience and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations required
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain PE within 6 months
