Responsibilities
Directly supervises an HR team of Assistant Managers and Generalists
Assigns responsibilities and monitors workload to ensure deadlines are met
Responsible for coaching, developing, and evaluating performance
Lead compensation, payroll and benefits programs, including salary surveys and structure proposals
Lead operations to include vendor management such as the cafeteria, janitorial, uniforms and company cars
Support and foster a positive work environment in collaboration with other HR Managers and Assistant Managers
Partner with Learning & Development, Team Member Relations and Recruiting functions to support a unified HR strategy
Prepare and present data reports and KPIs for upper management
Develop and monitor budgets, justify expenses and investments
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices
Represent ATX in benchmarking efforts with other North American Plants (NAPs)
Qualification
Required
Experience in overseeing compensation, payroll, and benefits programs
Experience in managing an HR team
Ability to assign responsibilities and monitor workload
Experience in coaching, developing, and evaluating performance
Experience in leading compensation, payroll, and benefits programs, including salary surveys and structure proposals
Experience in vendor management
Ability to support and foster a positive work environment
Experience in partnering with Learning & Development, Team Member Relations, and Recruiting functions
