Potter Global Technologies is a global leader in voice paging, intercom, and emergency notification systems, and they are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales focused on the K-12 education market. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a regional sales team, and building lasting customer relationships to drive growth in the K-12 sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Valcom’s reach across the K-12 education market
Lead, inspire, and develop your regional sales team
Identify untapped markets and develop winning go-to-market strategies
Build lasting customer relationships that deliver long-term value
Own sales funnel management, ensuring pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and measurable growth
Align with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning and customer experience
Analyze data, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership
Be the face of the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
Recruit, develop, and coach top-tier sales talent
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success managing a team of regional sales managers and driving performance across multiple territories
Experience selling into the K-12 education market strongly preferred
Strategic thinking and a bias for action and execution
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Salesforce expertise, including pipeline accuracy and funnel management
Ability to build deep, lasting customer relationships
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
