They are seeking a 3D Laser Scan Surveyor who will conduct scan surveys and aerial mapping, coordinate with the survey team, and support the overall development of the company.

Responsibilities
Conduct scan surveys and aerial mapping on buildings and properties according to client and project needs
Coordinate with the survey team and Survey Team Manager on availability and travel planning
Communicate and coordinate with the drafting team to fulfill drafting requirements on projects
Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize personal project workload
Participate in team and organizational meetings
Follow project reporting and invoicing submission protocol according to client and WNA Standards
Support the Survey Department by using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to perform drafting tasks specific to project needs
Aid in researching and implementing new CAD-related software and scanning equipment
Contribute to and support the overall development of the company
Qualification
Required
General understanding of building construction processes and key stakeholders
Experience working around and recognizing architectural components and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
Experience handling scanning/surveying equipment and software. Drone survey experience a plus!
Travel and overnight availability requirement: Up to 75% weekly
Excellent Interpersonal and Professional Communication Skills
High-level situational awareness, time management and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn drafting, CAD software, and WNA Engineering Standards
Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license
Specific visual abilities including close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, and depth perception
Travel and office requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, working on a keyboard, working, using multiple monitors, and carrying camera equipment for up to 35 pounds
Site visits may require exposure to outside elements, climbing ladders, walking on rooftops and utilizing staircases while carrying camera equipment
